Fill in the gaps
Individualized tutoring to fill the student’s specific reading gaps in foundational skills such as phonics, phonemic awareness, spelling, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension. All decisions are data-driven based on initial assessments and continued progress monitoring to fully meet the needs of each student.
Megan uses the Orton-Gillingham method, individualized to your student. She is also available to attend meetings with your child's school as needed and consult on IEPs to help you set appropriate goals for your child's reading success.
She has also passed the KPEERI Structured Literacy Exam through CERI and is a certified Structured Literacy Classroom Teacher. She has completed a Master's in Reading Science at Mount St. Joseph’s University.
